Earlier this fall, I went back to LeCrans Hôtel & Spa to photograph their brand new menu for this 2021 fall. The menu was very creative and the dishes were art pieces! It’s always a pleasure to work with such talented and inventive people. Yannick Crepaux and his team truly did an amazing job on this new menu.
As fall is hunting season here in Switzerland, it’s a tradition for many restaurants to offer dishes based on meat captured by hunters. The menu at LeCrans for this fall was no exception, and Crepaux created a beautiful menu with amazing meats. Though, vegetarians were not left out as he designed an amazing dish with truffles for them – I had the chance to taste it, and it was truly amazing!
